MACH is a digital wallet and prepaid Visa card product offered by Banco BCI. It allows users — including those without traditional credit cards — to shop online domestically and internationally using a virtual Visa card funded from a digital wallet. MACH has grown significantly as a tool for financial inclusion, enabling younger and lower-income consumers to participate in e-commerce.

Fpay is a Chilean digital wallet and BNPL service backed by Falabella, one of Chile's largest retail conglomerates. It enables customers to make payments through the Falabella ecosystem (Falabella, Sodimac, Tottus) and increasingly at third-party merchants, with instalment payment options. It contributes to the 18% e-wallet share in Chilean e-commerce.

Transbank operates WebPay, Chile's dominant online payment gateway, accounting for 74% of online sales by bank transfer. WebPay processes the majority of local debit and credit card transactions including Redcompra, Chile's leading card scheme with a 44% market share. WebPay Plus supports one-time and recurring payments and is the default checkout option for most Chilean e-commerce platforms.

Redcompra is Chile's dominant domestic debit and prepaid card scheme, managed by Transbank through Banco de Chile's ATM network. It holds a 44% market share of card transactions and is the only scheme authorised to process debit and prepaid cards issued by Chilean banks. Redcompra's dominance explains why "local schemes" account for 70% of card transactions in Chile.

American Express is widely accepted in Panama, particularly in hotels, restaurants, and the business services sector concentrated in Panama City. Panama's role as a regional business hub and the Colón Free Zone drives above-average AmEx acceptance compared to other Central American countries.

Diners Club International (part of the Discover Global Network) is a premium card scheme with a strong historical presence in Latin America, notably Chile.
